Relief Support starts at $5,500/month and is based on your monthly invoice volume (client + subconsultant). Most AEC firms fall between 80–200 invoices/month.
2. How do you work with our team?
I partner with your internal accountant, biller, or project administrator to support billing cycles, reduce workload, and help keep deadlines on track. My role strengthens your existing workflow — not replace it.
3. Do you offer temporary or project-based support?
Yes. I offer special projects and ad-hoc support, including cleanup, biller-on-leave coverage, project setup, coding cleanup, DOT/IDCR preparation, and month-end review projects.
4. What systems do you work in?
I prefer Deltek Vantagepoint (cloud) and can work in most project-based AEC billing systems and billing portals your firm already uses.
5. How do we get started?
